Return Policy
At Velmorin, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review the return instructions below.
Return Window – 14 Days
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
How to Request a Return
All return requests must be submitted in advance via email:
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once your request is approved.
❗️Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, orders are automatically processed and cannot be cancelled.
- If the return or exchange is not due to a product defect or damage, the customer is responsible for the full return shipping cost, and the item must be returned to the address (domestic or international) provided by our support team.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you received a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours at info@velmorin.co.uk
- Include clear photos of the issue
If confirmed, we’ll send a replacement item at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Opened or used beauty & hygiene products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Sale items and gift cards
Size or Color Exchange
Need a different size or color? Simply return your original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order with your preferred size or color.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll receive an email confirmation
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
